HAVANA BALLET TOUR - 6 Days / 5 Nights

DAY 1 - We will meet at Miami International Airport in Terminal G at the Havana Air Counter at 8:00 am three hours before. A member of our team will meet the group with a sign and guide you through the check-in process. Depart Miami International at 11:00 am, after a 45 minute fly we will arrival in Cuba’s José Martí International Airport. After clearing Cuban Customs, our Cuban guide will greet us outside the terminal.

Once in Havana we will start with lunch at a traditional Cuban restaurant El Aljibe, that features a 62-year-old secret recipe for roast chicken that has drawn the likes of Hollywood star. After lunch we will check into our accommodations a beautifully restored bed and breakfast.

In the early evening we will be picked up by a fleet of convertible Classic Cars for an unforgettable tour of Havana on our way to welcome drinks in the Terrazas of Hotel Nacion, then group dinner at paladar Atelier. (L,D)




DAY 2 - After breakfast we will visit one of the top dance schools in Havana. Escuela Nacional de Ballet (ENB). The Cuban National Ballet School (Escuela Nacional Cubana de Ballet) in Havana has approximately 3,000 students and is one of the biggest ballet school in the world and the most prestigious ballet school of Cuba. It is directed by Ramona de Sáa. – (“Alas para Volar”) It includes tour the school, visit a Class, you will be able to meet with the students and exchange experiences and have a photo session.

Then we will have lunch in one of the paladar of the area. After lunch we will go to Old Havana for Walking Tour of old Havana.

Evening is free to have dinner on your own. (B,L)



DAY 3 - After Breakfast we will star with a City Tour of Habana included the stop on the different places were Cuba first dancer Alicia Alonzo danced. We will visit Gran Teatro de la Habana, Teatro Nacional and Teatro Mella. Then we will visit the home of Ballet Nacional de Cuba and will meet one of the dancers. We will have drinks at Restaurant Delirio Habanero at Teatro Nacional (Alli bailo Alicia) then Lunch in one of the areas paladar. The rest of the afternoon you are free to walk around Habana Vieja.

In the evening we will go to Cabaret Topicana. The Tropicana Cabaret, opened its doors in 1939 as a nightclub, a unique place in the world to enjoy music and the Cuban folklore and of the Caribbean in all their coloring, musicality and rhythm. http://www.cabaret-tropicana.com/ (B,L)





DAY 4 - After Breakfast we will go to Centro Cultural Arte Habana in Old Havana for a two hour dance lessons of Popular Cuban dance each participant will have their own dance partner and will get a CD of cuban music. (En Cuba se baila asi) After class we will have lunch at restaurant el “El Boco” at Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes.

After lunch Guided Tour of the Museo Conteporatio de Arte (Modern Art Museum), then visit Revolution Museum:, this beautiful building was formerly the Presidential Palace of Dictator Fulgencio Batista and was lavishly decorated by Tiffany's, NYC. The exhibits include photographs, cine film, clothing, original documents, and weapons and the art deco Evening free - . (B,L)






DAY 5 - After Breakfast we will have a guided tour of Compania Danzarias - Conjunto Folklórico Nacional

The Conjunto Folklorico Nacional is the national folkloric troupe, based in Havana. The director is Manoclo Micler, a solo dancer, choreographer, who has been with the troupe for almost 40 years. The Co-Director is Rogelio Martinez Fure, well known for his writings on AfroCuban culture, has been with the troupe since its founding. (La Realidad y el Mito).

In the evening we will meet to have drinks at paladar Sia Kara (one of the owner is Cuban Dancer José Manuel Carreño). Located in Centro Habana just behind The Capitolio, this unassuming bar is a gem that has not yet made it onto many tourists’ radars. Most of the patrons here are chic Cuban hipsters in their 20s. It gives off a Bohemian vibe, the atmosphere is fantastic with an amazing pianist, an amazing decoration with vintage, meticulous and surprising details and the music gets more upbeat! DAY 6 - After Breakfast you will visit Finca La Vigia Museum, Earnest Hemingway’s former residence. Then visit Havana’s largest arts and crafts market, Los Almacenes San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity to see Cuban modern art and talk to the artists selling their work. At 2:00 pm we will drive to the airport for our flight that departs Havana at 6:00 pm and arrives in Miami at 7:00 pm (B,)

Private Homes / Bed & Breakfas.
We have secure a group of homes in the best area of Havana that have been completely renovated into Bed & Breakfast that have between 5 to 7 private guess rooms. Each room has their own private bathroom and many have safes and mini-bars.

We have contract with the major US Government Authorized Charter Companies. We utilize different airlines: American Airlines, Easter Airline and Jet Blue that have planes ranging from B737-800 to their B777 jumbo jets.
