DAY 1 - Thursday We will meet at Miami International Airport in Terminal G at the Havana Air Counter at 9:00 am three hours before. A member of our team will meet the group with a sign and guide you through the check-in process. Depart Miami International at 12:00 am, after a 45 minute fly we will arrival in Cuba’s José Martí International Airport. After clearing Cuban Customs, our Cuban guide will greet us outside the terminal. Once in Havana we will check into our house and we will be greeted with mojitos and traditional Cuban lunch. In the early evening we will be picked up by a fleet of convertible Classic Cars for an unforgettable tour of Havana on our way to dinner at paladar La Guarida, one of Havana’s most acclaim paladares; located on the top floor of the building best known as the movie location for the Cuban Oscar Nominated film “Fresa y Chocolate.” (L,D)
DAY 2 - Friday starts with a tour of a Cigar factory then a Walking Tour of old Havana. After visiting the squares we will conclude our walking tour at the famous La Bodeguita del Medio to enjoy a traditional mojito – this is where Hemingway went to have his mojitos! Then you are free to have lunch and explore Old Havana on your own. In the evening we will have dinner at the famous paladar El Cocinero, one of Havana’s newest and most avant-garde restaurants; and conclude the night next door at Fabrica del Arte (The Art Factory), an art venue that is the home to everything art: theater, jazz, contemporary dance, exhibitions, etc. (B ,D)
DAY 3 - Saturday morning we will visit Finca La Vigia Museum, Earnest Hemingway’s former residence. Continuing along the Hemingway trail, we will go on a panoramic tour of Cojimar, the fishing village that inspired Hemingway's The Old Men and the Sea; then enjoy mojitos and traditional Cuban food Café Ajiaco. After lunch we will finish in Old Havana to complete the Hemingway tour at Hotel Ambos Mundos, because it was the first residence in Cuba for writer Ernest Hemingway for seven years (1932-1939). We will visit and his room in the 5th floor. The room #511 stay exactly similar to when in her the North American celebrated writer Ernest Hemingway lived,), space that was, as he said, ideal to write. The evening is free to enjoy Saturday nights in Havana. (B,L)
DAY 4 - Sunday we will spen a relaxing day in the county side, we drive west to Viñales Valley called "the garden of Cuba ", place of the best tobacco in the world. We will have a traditional Cuban lunch of pork, rice and bean at the Organic Farm El Paraiso. After lunch we will visit the Indian Cave with a boat ride along the cave, Los Jazmines lookout point, and the Prehistorical Mural. We will return to Havana around 6 pm. The evening is free to enjoy dinner on your own and more of nights in Havana. (B,L)
DAY 5 - Monday, after breakfast, we will visit Modern Havana, including Plaza de Revolucion, Cemetery Colon. Then we will visit Jaimanita, a small fishing village where we will be delighted by Fusterlandia, painter and sculpture Jose Fuster’s vibrant arts complex. After we will have lunch at paladar Vista Mar. After lunch, we will go to the Almacenes de San Jose, Old Havana’s largest arts & crafts market, for last minutes souvenir shopping then you is free to roam around Old Havana. Then at 8 pm we will go to Atelier Restaurant for a special farewell Havana dinner prepared specially for us by Chef Michel. (B,L,D)
DAY 6 - Tuesday, in the morning we will depart to Matanzas. On our way we will stop in Bacunayagua Bridge for a Piña Colada and enjoy the view over the highest bridge (110 mts) in Cuba, one of the marvels of Cuban post- revolutionary architecture. We will arrive in our all-inclusive resort in Varadero Beach in time for lunch. Varadero is the largest resort complex in the Caribbean. It lies on a twenty kilometers long peninsula with fantastic soft white beaches gleaming in the sunshine. The evening is free to enjoy dinner on your own . (B,L)
DAY 7 - Wednesday, Sightseeing tour of Varadero and visit Xanadu Mansion built in the 1920’s by U.S. millionaire Irenee Du Pont, and continue with a city Tour of Matanza including the Sauto Theater, the Triolet Drug Store, "Bellamar" Caves.. The evening is free. (B,L,D))
DAY 8 - Thursday, In the early morning after breakfast we depart to Havana Airport for our afternoon fly to Miami. We will stop for lunch in the way and arrive at the airport at 4 pm for a 6:30 flight. (B)

The balance is due 60 days prior to departure, or within 72 hours of booking, whichever is later.
