On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Havana International Fair (FIHAV), Global Events & Incentives and Just 90 Miles, take pleasure in inviting you to participate in its 34rd edition of FIHAV, to be held on October 30th - November 3rd at Expocuba fairground in Havana, Cuba.

FIHAV is a well-established fair that takes place annually since 1983. It is the most important general trade fair in Cuba and the Caribbean as well as one of the most representative from Latin America.

All sectors of the Cuban economy will take part in this event, which succeeds in putting together the most complete national and international trade exhibition in a space that enables exhibitors and visitors to establish commercial contacts, close business operations, exchange experiences and update in new technological developments.

In its 35th issue FIHAV will have more than 20,000 m2 of net exhibition area, around 4,500 national and foreign exhibitors from over 60 countries, and expects to receive 150,000 visitors and the participation of important foreign official and business delegations, thus consolidating as a way of promoting our country’s international links and relations with the entire world.

If you are interested in participating with a booth in the USA Pavilion of the Trade Fair you will need to send a reservation form with a 50% of the Stand Fee before July 10st, 2017.

BOOTH COST
$1,135 97sf Booth

Indoor mounted Booth purchase includes: Space, aluminum structure, white modular panels (2.42 x 0.95 m), carpet, sign with exhibitor’s name, power consumption up to 500W, cleaning, protection of samples, credentials (according to the rented area) and entry in the official catalogue (up to 10 lines).

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We can provide additional services in the booth that includes: Booth Assistant/Hostess, Chairs, Fans and Water. Full list of Services and Prices are in the Order Form.

PROFESSIONAL & CONSULTING SERVICES
Personal Business Meetings Scheduling: $500 – minimum 4 schedule meetings
Supervision of Sample Shipping: $250 – does not include shipping costs
Meeting with a Cuban Business Attorney: $250 per hour

RESERVE A BOOTH
To make a reservation to participate with a Booth in the Fair:
• Complete Order Form, and send via email to:
• Once we receive your Order Form, if Booth space is available we will send an Invoice that you can pay online.
• Make Payment of 50% Non-Refundable Deposit - due 3 days once you receive the Invoice, if payment is not received we will be able to release your reserved booth for others to purchase. (limited spaces available)
• Balance is due 60 days before the start of the Fair.

Selection of Booth on a first come bases as applications and payment are recveived.

DEADLINE
Booths Application deadline: June 30 or until the Limited Number of Booths Have Been Sold
Payment deadline: Payment due Upon Application 50%. Balance is due August 15th
Travel Package deadline: July 31, 2017 to guarantee 5 star Hotel Reservation
